This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath home overlooks Wailea on the South Side of Maui. it includes a quaint pool area, complete with hot tub and large sundeck, pond and waterfall and lush sloping yard with a large variety of tropical plants, fruits, flowers and plenty of large grassy areas. it is located less than 3 minutes from the finest Wailea white sand beaches. The home features island and ocean views from all three levels.
The main floor and living area is all glass so you can enjoy the full views of the neighboring islands. A large lanai surrounds this level, so the views can be enjoyed from inside and out. From this lanai you can also view Haleakala, known as The House of the Sun. The first level includes an extended lanai area perfect for relaxing and dining with friends and family enjoying the panoramic views.
The entertainment center features a large flat-screen TV with Direct TV satellite service, a DVD player with built-in surround sound system. Other fine amenities included are wireless internet service throughout the interior and including pool ares, and unlimited long distance phone service. An auxiliary cable is available for stereo connection to iPod or computer. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar, making it the perfect place for family to gather while preparing meals.
The Shops of Wailea are five minutes from the house, as are the world class Wailea golf courses. Firve golf courses in Wailea and Makena are located within 15 minutes. The Wailea Blue Course is the closest.
